Licence
Signelle is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of the app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, the Standard EULA, together with the terms on this page.
What Signelle is — and is not
Signelle helps you design a handwritten signature, learn to draw it, and place an image of it on a document. It is a design and practice tool.
- It does not certify, verify, notarise or legally authenticate any signature.
- Practice scores measure how closely your stroke resembles the design you are learning. They are educational feedback, not identity verification and not a biometric match.
- Whether a signature you place on a document is legally valid depends on the law and the parties involved, not on Signelle. Signelle does not provide legal advice.
You are responsible for how you use the signatures you create, and for signing only documents you are entitled to sign.
Signelle Pro
Signelle is free to use, with Signelle Pro unlocking additional features. Pro is offered as:
- Monthly subscription — US$6.99 per month
- Yearly subscription — US$41.99 per year, with a 3-day free trial
- Lifetime purchase — US$99.99, one time
Prices are shown in US dollars; the price in your region is the one shown in the app and on the App Store, and may differ. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel a subscription any time in the App Store: your Apple Account → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period continues to its end. If you start a free trial and then buy a subscription, any unused part of the trial ends at that point. The lifetime purchase is a one-off payment and does not renew.
Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's terms; we cannot issue them ourselves.
AI signature generation has a fair-use allowance. Every generation is a paid call to an AI service on our side, so Pro includes it up to a limit rather than without one: 20 generation batches in any 30-day period, and at most 5 in any 24 hours, on every Pro plan — monthly, yearly and lifetime alike. During the free trial the allowance is 3 batches in total. A batch is one set of six designs; asking for another set uses one batch. The allowance belongs to your subscription rather than to a particular installation, so reinstalling the app does not start it over. When the allowance is used up the app says so, and generation resumes as the period rolls over. Everything else in Signelle Pro — scanning, exports, PDF signing, practice — is not limited in this way.
Acceptable use
Do not use Signelle to imitate another person's signature without their permission, to create or sign fraudulent documents, or in any way that breaks the law.
Availability and changes
We may update the app and these terms. Material changes to these terms will be published here with a new date. Features may change between versions, and Signelle is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
